Father’s Day
Due to our Travel Plans, we got to have Father’s Day on Saturday. Christian and Truman were working at 7AM so the kids came up to our room at 6AM with presents for the opening. Kenneth got two puff pancake pans, a t shirt that Sydney painted the front of, Abby gave him an apple wrapped up as a joke but then she couldn’t remember where she hid the real gift. We found it later in the afternoon. Rebekah gave him a pair of slacks. Nate decorated a shirt with fabric crayons, and Hazel gave him a Thermarest mattress for camping. (Mostly because we want him to be comfortable as the new assistant scout master.) I think that is why Kenneth consented to have all these kids… for all the presents.
